This 30-minute Discovery Call is simply a relaxed space for you to explore what’s going on in your energy right now — especially if you’re unsure, overwhelmed, or not fully clear on what you want. It’s informal and welcoming. A virtual cup of coffee or tea. Just two women connecting and giving your energy the attention it’s been asking for. During our time together, you’ll get to know me and experience a very simplified method for tuning into your energy field. You’ll learn how to feel what’s beneath the surface — the patterns that keep repeating, the heaviness, the exhaustion, the pull toward change — and how to begin shifting it gently. You don’t need to come prepared with answers. You don’t need to know exactly what you want. Most women arrive feeling unclear — that’s the point of the call.
